About The Position
At Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services, we promote a challenging, but rewarding opportunity in a caring environment. We are currently seeking an experienced STAFF DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR (RN LICENSE REQUIRED) for a Full Time, Days position. The role involves coordinating the staff development program for the Facility, acting as personnel health nurse, providing orientation for all employees, conducting training on blood-borne pathogens and hazard communication standards, and serving as the primary instructor for the Nurse Aide Training Program. The coordinator will also post relevant workshops and in-service classes, assist the Nursing Management Team, and work as charge nurse or supervisor in nursing emergencies.
