About The Position
Lexington Country Place is hiring a Staffing Educator & Infection Control Nurse. This position involves developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective training program for all new and existing staff, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and maintaining the competency of nursing aides. The role includes revising training programs based on facility assessments, tracking training hours, and providing reports to the Administrator. The Staffing Educator will also coordinate with department supervisors for in-service training, assist nursing personnel in obtaining continuing education units, and ensure participation in annual training programs.
