  • IPT-Level role, member of Systems Engineering Team.
  • Support the systems design team lead and partner with other engineering functions to progress and mature the segment.
  • Support critical engineering reviews and milestones (e.g. SRR, SFR, SDR, PDR, CDR, SVR, TRR).
  • Handle, store, process, and visualize large amounts of data.
  • Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university.
  • 12 years of experience with Bachelor's degree, 10 years of experience with Master's degree, 8 years of experience with PhD.
  • Experience in systems development, integration, and test.
  • Experience with Systems Design Principles and Process.
  • Experience designing systems to handle large amounts of structured or unstructured data.
  • Experience implementing requirements & interface definitions into complex systems, and planning/executing integration and test.
  • Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (SysML/UML) and concepts.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong technical briefing skills.
  • Current active DoD Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI w. Polygraph prior to start.
  • Current active DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
  • Experience with full systems lifecycle: specification, design, implementation, integration, debug and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of Systems Engineering processing from generation of an Integrated Master Plan (IMP) to Work Product Breakdown into Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for the development of complex systems of systems.
  • Understanding of interaction between different systems and hardware components and subsystems; understanding of computer architecture.
  • Familiarity with development and environment tools, e.g. Cameo.
  • Familiarity with Project & Task Management tools, e.g. Jira or Confluence, and agile methodologies.
  • Experience with hardware/systems integration, test planning & execution, or operational support.
