About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Data Warehouse Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust data solutions that support critical business operations. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, product, marketing, and data science to ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality data practices. You will take ownership of the data ecosystem, translating complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions. This position offers the opportunity to guide architectural standards, mentor team members, and drive innovation in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Your work will have a direct impact on data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or combined Software + Data Engineering roles.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services or SaaS environments.
  • Strong expertise in SQL (multiple dialects preferred) and Python.
  • Deep understanding of ETL/ELT patterns, data ingestion methods, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Advanced knowledge of both normalized database design and warehouse modeling.
  • Proven track record of integrating data into business operations from the ground up.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience delivering end-to-end data solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in software engineering, DevOps, or enterprise data systems is a plus.
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring or team-building activities.
