About The Position

We are seeking a seasoned Staff Data Scientist to drive innovation in marketing analytics and measurement. In this role, you will design, implement, and advance scalable methodologies and frameworks that empower marketing teams to make data-driven decisions. You will work cross-functionally to evaluate marketing effectiveness, optimize campaigns, and identify actionable insights that directly impact business growth. This position offers the opportunity to lead technical projects, mentor other data scientists, and shape the long-term strategy for marketing analytics in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will play a critical role in advancing the organization’s analytical capabilities while fostering a culture of rigor and experimentation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or economics.
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in a technical discipline such as Statistics, Engineering, Analytics, Math, Computer Science, or Economics.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and modeling.
  • Experience in applying data science to marketing measurement, campaign analysis, or related domains.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving business environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering scalable, high-impact analytical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of advanced measurement methodologies to evaluate marketing channel effectiveness.
  • Develop frameworks, tools, and processes that make measurement systematic and scalable across multiple marketing channels.
  • Enhance existing modeling approaches to deliver insights that are robust, actionable, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect analytical findings with business strategy and growth initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide other data scientists, elevating analytical standards and fostering innovation within the team.
  • Identify new opportunities where advanced analytics and modern methodologies can drive measurable impact.
