Reporting to the Head of Data, you will serve as a key analytical thought leaderâdefining how Synapticure measures success, tells stories through data, and drives organizational decision-making at the highest levels. This is not a dashboarding or reporting role. You will own the analytical vision for major functional areas, architect scalable data models, and lead cross-functional initiatives that influence clinical, operational, and financial strategy. Youâll transform complex, ambiguous business problems into clear, rigorous analytical frameworks that drive real-world impact for patients, caregivers, and providers.
