We’re searching for a Staff Data Analyst to join Aurora’s People Analytics team. The People Analytics team is responsible for measuring people initiatives and guiding strategic business decisions with (people) data & insights. In this role, you will Collect, clean, and analyze People-related data from multiple sources (e.g. HRIS, ATS, employee surveys, business systems, etc) Own our people analytics platform, Crunchr, and drive our internal product roadmap for people analytics Partner with business leaders to address and solve challenges in their organizations Productize people insights into People team and business leaders’ regular decision-making Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic projects related to hiring, retention, performance, culture, and more Build data models to better understand retention and performance at Aurora Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy and confidentiality policies
