Requirements

  • Experience with Proposal drafting or Contract Negotiation or contract management or anything else related.
  • 5+ years of Contracts Experience.
  • Currently active Top Secret Clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with multiple contract types (FFP, FPI, CPAF/IF, OTA, T&M, IDIQ).
  • Ability to analyze contract terms and risks to mitigate financial impacts.
  • Experience building strong positive customer relationships.
  • NCMA Certification is highly desired.
  • Ability to collaboratively interface with diverse disciplines including: Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Property, and Business Development.
  • Government contract experiences.
  • Maintain a Top Secret clearance.
  • FAR/ DFARS experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform contracts management functions across the spectrum of actions associated with providing supplies and services, from capture through proposal, contract award, and all phases of contract administration.
  • Provide business advice and guidance to and coordinate with other functions including program management, finance, legal, subcontracts, business development, engineering, human resources, accounting, and compliance.
  • Serve as authorized, empowered representative for the Company as interface with Customer buying representatives.
  • Coordinate solutions to contractual issues and Customer concerns related to Company performance.
  • Ensure contractual compliance with all laws and regulations, and adherence to Delegation of Authority and approval requirements for proposals and contractual actions.
  • Lead and support audits, as appropriate, with internal and external audit teams and agencies.
  • Ensure final contract documents are consistent with agreements reached at negotiations.
  • Plan and participate in training of contract practices within Company.
  • Collect contractual data and compile reports in response to Corporate and Business Area requests.
