Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS products on large-scale projects.
  • Demonstrated track record of maintaining high executional quality and organizational impact.
  • Independence in driving discovery processes and leveraging customer insights.
  • Skills in leading the discovery process from ambiguity to actionable insights.
  • Strong ability to mentor and influence senior management teams.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills for articulating design concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in managing complex projects, timelines, and proactive escalations.
  • Case studies required to showcase impact across content design projects.
  • Willingness to explore AI to enhance skills and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Establish scalable programs and systems that deliver customer insights and enable teams to engage directly with customers and users.
  • Lead strategic initiatives that inform product strategy and deliver substantial customer value impacting multiple departments.
  • Enhance the influence of the Design organization by sharing customer insights and leading workshops.
  • Mentor designers and project managers, helping them gather better customer insights through feedback.
