About The Position

Summary PBH Staff Clinician I Flex Team members will float and be cross-trained across all PBH campuses and Staff Clinician roles. Flex Team members receive a $5.00 premium pay in addition to their base rate and any applicable shift differentials. Summary Staff Clinician I utilizes therapeutic skills to assess the psychosocial functioning and provide intervention strategies to alleviate these needs by providing individual, group, marital and/or family therapy. Participates in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and provides educational seminars and in-service training that may be beneficial and/or required.

Requirements

• Must have a Master's degree in psychology, social work, or other counseling related field.
• NVCI required within 60 in days of employment.
• CPR required within 30 days of employment.
• Must have an associate level license.
• Must pursue full licensure and/or certification in related mental health field.
• 2 years in the health care or social service field, psychiatric hospital experience preferred.
• Must be available to work flexible hours and days of the week including weekends and evenings.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds; 100 pounds shared lifting.

Nice To Haves
