About The Position

The Staff Clinical Informaticist supports clinical operations and organizational readiness by bridging clinical practice, technology, and product strategy. This role ensures new product processes are clinically sound, operationally feasible, and readiness focused. Partnering closely with clinical subject matter experts, R&D, product teams, and operational leaders, the Staff Clinical Informaticist drives successful clinical adoption scalable process design.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a health care discipline required (Masters degree preferred)
  • Current licensure or certification required in healthcare (for example: RN, RRT, PT/OT, CPhT)
  • Minimum 4 years of clinical experience in clinical informatics, healthcare technology, or digital health environments
  • Experience designing, implementing, or optimizing operational processes and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with healthcare technology database structure(s) and the ability to translate clinical workflows into system configuration and build requirements
  • Demonstrated understanding of clinical readiness, change management, and adoption principles

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting new product launches, product development, or R&D collaboration a plus
  • Clinical experience in telemetry or critical care nursing with patient monitoring a plus
  • Participation and active involvement with a clinical application system project implementation including clinical workflow analysis or process improvement, a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support clinical readiness initiatives to ensure teams, workflows, and systems are prepared for implementation and scale.
  • Support new product launches and product release by aligning goals, timelines and content
  • Collaborate with clinical SMEs and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and validate clinical use cases
  • Develop and maintain product and process practices post launch
  • Translate clinical workflows into readiness requirements, standard operating procedures, and implementation artifacts and documents
  • Identify operational gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities related to clinical adoption
  • Coordinate training with SME’s that reflect s the updates in each release, ensuring support staff are fully prepared post-release.
  • Establish systems to gather and analyze feedback post-release to continuously improve the release and readiness processes.
