As a Clinical Consultant, you are responsible for driving the customer through the design of clinical and business processes, solution and technology workflow, and successful adoption that will lead to achieved value. Manage ongoing relationships with customers, providing clinical subject matter expertise focusing on customer success in utilizing Oracle's solutions. Using Oracle's implementation approach and methodology, the Clinical Consultant will assist in change management, help identify opportunities for improvement, guide customers through workflow reviews and is responsible for achieving the project’s targeted outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Nursing, Clinical Studies, or related field.
  • 5 years related work experience.
  • At least 8 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education.
  • At least 1-year licensed health care practice, clinical consulting and/or other clinical healthcare information technology (HCIT) work experience.
  • Professional license required: Registered Nurse - State Board or professional license related to area of specialty.
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in working with Federal agencies.
  • Experience implementing large scale E.H.R. (Electronic Health Record) projects.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the change process required to achieve defined key performance indicators related to adoption of the electronic health record across services.
  • Utilize effective consulting skills during project events to coordinate integration of clinical activities and workflow reviews.
  • Facilitate business process change and provide change management consulting to ensure that organizational aspects are addressed as new enabling technologies are implemented.
  • Engage with staff and leadership from Federal customers and members of the broader Oracle clinical and technical teams.
