Requirements

• Graduate of an approved program of theological education (M.Div., MATS, Th.M., MPS, etc.,) or a Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of professional employment as a healthcare chaplain.
• Four (4) units (minimum) of Clinical Pastoral Education from an Association for Clinical Pastoral Education, Inc. (ACPE, Inc.) accredited

Nice To Haves

• Four (4) units (min.) of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) from an Association for Clinical Pastoral Education, Inc. (ACPE, Inc.) accredited

Responsibilities

• Provides pastoral care services to patients and their families, and hospital staff members throughout the hospital.
• Responsibilities involve conducting spiritual needs assessments and providing spiritual care services as appropriate.
• Responsibilities also include facilitating support group and other patient support services, and developing and conducting education and training programs.
