About The Position
The Staff Chaplain in the Adult Emergency Department at Vanderbilt University Medical Center provides spiritual and emotional support to patients, families, and staff during critical times. This role is essential in addressing the spiritual needs of individuals facing serious illnesses, difficult treatment decisions, or the loss of loved ones. The Chaplain works collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote wellness and self-care, while also participating in process improvement initiatives.
