As an aerodynamic designer at Archer, you will be responsible for performing aerodynamic design and simulations of our eVTOL aircraft using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). Your role will involve running aerodynamic shape optimizations for various components of Archer vehicles and developing and maintaining high-fidelity models of the aircraft. You will also be tasked with lofting high-quality surfaces for Outer Mold Line (OML) definition and correlating and validating CFD simulation results with lower-fidelity simulations, flight test data, and wind tunnel experiments. Additionally, you will support vehicle aerodynamic design throughout all phases of the project, from conceptual design to certification.
