Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing and managing Staff Care events like Staff Care Week 2025 and the 'Mental Health at Work' campaign.
  • Support the rollout of communication strategies to boost staff engagement with Staff Care initiatives.
  • Gather inspiring stories and best practices from offices and write articles for Partnership newsletters.
  • Help redesign and rebrand webpages on the Intranet (WV Central).
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources like surveys, interviews, and campaigns.
  • Prepare reports that show how initiatives are impacting the organization.
  • Assist in auditing and standardizing training materials to create a cohesive catalog.
