Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is currently seeking a Staff Cafeteria Attendant to join our Riverview Cafe team. This position oversees the dining area and prepares and serves all meals for staff including, but not limited to breakfast, lunch, and dinner, in accordance to production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.

Prepare, refill salad bar on daily basis
Transport and maintain all food and beverage items for the Employee Cafeteria.
Maintain a clean and sanitary buffet line throughout shift.
Ensure the dining room is clean at all times during shift.
Check pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation, freezer pull and line set up; note any out-of-stock items or possible shortages.
Return all food items not used to designated storage areas, being sure to cover/date all perishables
Assist in prep work as required for the next shift.
Assist in other duties that are assigned by management.

ServeSafe Certificate is required.
Must have the ability to work harmoniously with others.
Must have the ability to multi-task.
Must have basic knife skills.
Must have authorization to work in the United States.
