Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • BE/M Tech degree in Information Systems or related discipline; Advanced degree a plus.
  • 6+ years of experience working in the HR technology ecosystem with proven advanced technical knowledge of Workday: Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Advanced Reporting, EIBs and calculated fields.
  • Advanced working knowledge of business process redesign principles, tools and techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and work collaboratively within a business unit team and have strong influencing skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and complex tasks in a dynamic work environment.
  • Highly motivated and driven, with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a self-managed environment.
  • Growth mindset, passionate about learning and sharing what you know with others.

Responsibilities

  • Be part of the team that builds, improves, and maintains solutions for our employees, where Workday HCM as system of record and ServiceNow as primary system of engagement play starring roles.
  • Combine your strategic thinking and deep HR Technology domain expertise to tackle complex business problems by breaking them down and developing creative, high-quality solutions.
  • Draw on your proven Workday HCM expertise (Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Advanced Reporting) to shape the future.
  • Collaborate with a variety of partners, working with internal-facing Product Pods and business stakeholders to deliver connected experiences.
  • Keep up with changes in the landscape (ex. emerging functionality from future WD releases) and partner with Technical Product Managers to drive key business initiatives.
