In this role, you will work closely with a team of 8-15 people who are responsible for developing, evolving, and supporting a large highly-available Electricity Market Management System (MMS). The team includes power systems, database, software, and optimization engineers. You will act as the DevOps Engineer to develop and maintain our DevOps practices and infrastructure. You will contribute to software implementation, troubleshooting, customization, and integration into GE and customer systems. The MMS is large, complex, highly available, subject to high security standards, and incorporates the latest in software industry technologies. A curious person will never be bored. There is lots of room for growth.
