To learn more about Movius, visit www.movius.ai Seeking a Staff Backend Engineer to join our technology team with responsibility for all things related to our AI-Powered Mobile Cloud Platform. This position works closely with other Core R&D engineers, architects and the systems engineering teams to constantly innovate and improve the core Movius platform. This position will require experience using the following Tech Stacks: Golang; Python; and NodeJS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement backend solutions that meet the organization's needs.
• Design, build, and maintain backend services using Golang, Python, or Node.js
• Deliver clean, performant, secure, reliable, and efficient code aligned with microservices architecture
• Provide technical leadership: mentor engineers, troubleshoot critical issues, and guide best practices
• Own end-to-end development, from design through deployment using modern CI/CD pipelines
• Communicate clearly with distributed teams and senior leadership
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that backend solutions align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support the implementation of various solutions.
