We’re looking for an experienced Staff Backend Engineer to help shape the future of Assured’s rapidly scaling Messaging platform. In this role, you’ll work on the core systems that power high-volume, high-reliability communication across our products, with a strong focus on backend architecture, APIs, data models, and production AI/LLM integrations. You’ll own critical technical projects end-to-end, from system design and implementation to testing, deployment, and iteration, while helping ensure the platform scales reliably, securely, and efficiently. You’ll collaborate closely with product, infrastructure, and data partners to deliver new capabilities and continuously improve the systems our customers rely on every day. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex backend problems and building durable platform foundations.
