About The Position

The Corporate Audit Services Staff Auditor is primarily responsible for executing internal audit activities at the direction of the lead auditor and/or primary audit manager, including assisting in planning of projects and development of risk-based audit programs. Participates in projects and/or activities that ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Identifies gaps and inform solutions that minimize losses resulting from inadequate internal processes, systems or human errors. Identifies, responds and/or escalates risks as appropriate. Servies as a functional liaison between the Line of Business and the Lines of Defense. The Staff Auditor is expected, with support from others, to identify controls, to perform control testing and document work performed in conformance with internal audit policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Two to three years of applicable experience
