Job Summary: Primarily responsible for providing contract review, interpretation, and explanation of contractual language and related legal policies, and the drafting, review, and negotiation of Froedtert ThedaCare Health, Inc. (FTCH) system contracts, with an emphasis on supply chain (equipment and supplies), information technology (IT), non-clinical vendor services, etc. for FTCH internal contract stakeholders and other organization leaders, consistent with the FTCH mission, vision, and guiding principles, and in close collaboration with the Associate General Counsel - Contracting and other FTCH Office of General Counsel (OGC) members.
