As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral attorney who wants to be part of a thriving practice. In the heart of downtown Huntington, our West Virginia office is within walking distance of the scenic Ohio River, Marshall University, and a variety of shopping and dining options. Our West Virginia attorneys have active practices throughout the region, including in Kentucky and Ohio. Having experienced counsel in West Virginia is crucial to better serving our corporate clients. You will be joining a highly skilled team of attorneys who have substantial courtroom experience at the state and federal levels. They practice in a variety of areas including commercial litigation, class actions/mass torts, product liability, appellate, chemical exposure/toxic torts, insurance litigation, transportation, medical/healthcare litigation, labor/employment litigation, financial services, and banking.
