About The Position
The Staff Attorney assists with providing legal services to the organization in the areas of transactions, real estate law, legislative changes, litigation, and various business transactions and research. This position will work collaboratively with organizational leadership under the direction of the Chief Legal Officer to ensure adherence to Federal and State laws as well as various regulatory agencies and requirements. This is a hybrid opportunity, and may require reporting to the Merced Administration office two to three times a month. Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Compensation: $161,000.00 - $178,000.00 Annual Salary.
