About The Position
The Office of Legal Services (OLS) with the Cabinet for Health and Family Services (CHFS) in Frankfort, KY is looking to hire a Staff Attorney II to join their legal team. The office serves as counsel for CHFS and its wide range of departments that serve many across the state. This position will be a huge asset to the team as they focus on legal analysis and opinions requested by various departments daily. Additionally, the position will also assist our Staff Attorney III's when handling larger cases. The Staff Attorney II will have an office in Frankfort, and have duties in Franklin and other surrounding counties, so travel may be required.
