Summary: In this role, you will serve as a first-line resource connecting contracts with internal and external stakeholders during the sales process to execute sales plans. You will manage implementation projects for new and existing clients, ensuring accurate contract connections that generate savings and revenue. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, distributors, and clients to validate requests, track progress, communicate outcomes, and support successful implementation from intake through completion.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience supporting implementation, contract administration, or operational processes in a healthcare or related environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and data validation skills.
  • Proficiency with tracking tools, documentation, and standard business software.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting implementation, contract administration, or operational processes in a healthcare or related environment preferred.
  • Relevant degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Execute implementation projects received from the sales team for new and existing clients.
  • Ensure accurate connection to contracts that generate revenue and savings.
  • Validate implementation requests from sales, distributors, and suppliers for facility, contract, and tier accuracy.
  • Track and report implementation status and contract connection activity to the sales team.
  • Serve as a first-line resource for contract connections, providing guidance on required documentation, data, and site involvement.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and suppliers to support successful contract implementation.
  • Identify and develop process improvements to optimize business results and contract penetration.
  • Provide suppliers with basic training on contract research and submission tools and support inquiry resolution as needed.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, distributors, clients, and internal teams.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and client management teams regarding project pipelines, progress, barriers, and savings captured.
