About The Position

Job Specific Working Conditions: Located in sunny Arizona’s capital, ASU’s Downtown Phoenix campus is home to over 10,000 students preparing for careers in health care, law, government, public social services, arts and sciences, journalism, media and the corporate sector. Students have leisure-time access to first-class fitness facilities, performing arts and cultural venues, and major sports events. This professional, fast-paced downtown campus is also a transit network hub that includes light rail and connections to other ASU campuses and points of interest throughout metropolitan Phoenix. YL College is looking to relaunch ministry on this campus. We are looking for a passionate, self-starter who is willing to commit to investing five years in this downtown mission field in order to introduce students to Jesus and help them grow in their faith. This full-time role involves recruiting, training and building a team of leaders and adult committee as well as fundraising a majority of the area budget in the early years until the adult committee is built. The College Director will receive job-focused local, regional and national training, be a part of a warm and welcoming staff community that meets regularly for training and encouragement, as well as connection to the other YL College ministries in our region through College Weekend, leader training, mission trips and more.
