This position will engage with virtually all office policies and processes in support of the office's mission to create, maintain, and protect the academic records of current and former students. Tasks will include, but are not limited to: processes related to course registration, transfer credit, and degree completions; processing transcripts and degree and enrollment verifications; providing support to students, faculty and other departments. The successful candidate should be able to work with a variety of 'customers' and must be flexible and able to turn their attention to unexpected tasks quickly. This is a full-time, non-exempt, fixed term position ending on June 30, 2028, with a pay rate of $20.00. This position will support operations in the Registrar's Office by supporting team members in daily work.
