Responsibilities: Complete market value residential property appraisals (traditional, hybrid, desktops). Ensure compliance with USPAP guidelines and federal/state laws. Manage data collection, verification, and analysis. Collaborate in a team environment to meet production and service goals. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high ethical standards. Stay proactive with status updates and communication. Participate in training and virtual conference calls as required Comprehensive benefits are available to our full-time staff appraisers, defined as those completing an average of 17 or more orders per month. Responsibilities: Complete real estate appraisals that are compliant with Federal and State laws, as well as being done in accordance with Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) in a timely fashion meeting turn time requirements Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest level of appraisal quality Represent Class Valuation with the highest level of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality Collaborate with internal customers to ensure seamless customer service Submit proactive status updates at the order level and responds to all calls/emails/texts in a prompt and professional manner Complete training and conference calls as required Complete other management directed tasks

Requirements

  • Certified Residential or General Appraiser in good standing.
  • FHA Approved appraiser preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of residential real estate appraisal experience.
  • Ability to make independent decisions with minimal guidance.
  • Strong knowledge of local market factors and properties.
  • Consistently meet performance indicators and maintain open communication with management support teams.
  • Certified Residential or Certified General Appraiser in good standing
  • FHA Approved appraiser in good standing, preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in completing residential real estate appraisals
  • Ability to act independently and consistently make appropriate decisions with minimal guidance and oversight
  • Broad residential knowledge of properties and market factors within the geographic area of competency
  • Consistently and independently handles all aspects of the job well within a defined territory
  • Consistently meet key performance indicators and communicate openly with management and other partners within the company
