The role is part of the IT Function within the broader Mozilla Infrastructure team. The IT team supports ERP Services, Workplace services, Service-Desk and On-Prem DC Services across the organization aligned with the mission to build a safe & secure internet. As a Staff Software (Application) Engineer in the newly formed Workplace technology team, you’ll serve as a technical leader within the team, architecting scalable systems and automation that enhance collaboration, identity, and AI productivity across Mozilla. You’ll design and deliver secure, efficient application workflows; mentor engineers; and partner across IT, Security, and People teams to advance the reliability and intelligence of our workplace platform. This role blends deep technical ownership with cross-functional impact — helping Mozilla innovate the way we work every day.
