About The Position

Staff Analyst (Staff Analyst-General) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Staff Analyst - 1st Shift to join our Engineering organization in North Charleston, South Carolina . As a Staff Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis, providing insights, and supporting decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related work experience or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in scheduling and logistics management
• 3+ years of experience with project management

Nice To Haves

• Experience with schedule, logistics and project management at the Director and Vice President level
• Experience working across BCA and with multiple programs
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create compelling reports and dashboards.
• Experience with implementing development and engagement initiatives

Responsibilities

• Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.
• Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.
• Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
• Provides analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.
• Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
• Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.
• Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.
• Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.
• Delivers informational or technical materials.
• Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.
• Develops and deploys localized training content.
