About The Position

Staff Analyst (Staff Analyst-General) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Staff Analyst to join the Airborne Early Warning & Control (AEW&C) team in Oklahoma City, OK. In this role, you have the unique opportunity to build relationships and collaborate across the AEW&C Production, Modification and Legacy Sustainment Organization. This ideal candidate will develop plans and objectives and provide data for management review and tracking performance to plan. Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings. Analyzes data and summarizes budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with the interrelationships between components of systems and plans, anticipating future events, and applying the principles of systems thinking to accelerate performance
  • 3+ years’ of experience working with MS Office Suite, such as Word, Excel and MS Project
  • 3+ years’ of creating executive level presentations
  • Experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data, then summarizing findings; developing conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.

Responsibilities

  • Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan
  • Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings
  • Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.
  • Delivers informational or technical materials
  • Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options
  • Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events
  • Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget
  • Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants
  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.
  • Develops and deploys localized training content
  • Assists with management of Risks, Issues, and Opportunities (RIO) including facilitation of program RIO meetings
