The Staff Analyst Trainee will assist in planning and executing examination administrative tasks, including processing exam applications, scheduling test candidates, printing and distributing test materials, and administering written exams and protest sessions. The role involves using computerized systems and software to process and score tests, calculate test scores, and generate various exam-related letters and reports. Additionally, the trainee will perform data entry of exam applications and information, prepare letters, memos, instructions, and other general office correspondence, handle and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, and perform special assignments as required. The position requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, to administer exams.
