About The Position

The M&A Staff Advisor at Music & Arts is responsible for enhancing the buying experience for institutional customers by providing product expertise, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues. This role involves promoting musical products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction through consultative selling techniques, and maintaining effective communication with customers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, particularly in customer service.
• 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Promote, recommend, and sell musical products and services using consultative selling techniques.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via phone or email.
• Maintain correspondence with institutional customers and follow up on bids/quotes.
• Ensure quality control in processing customer orders to prevent fulfillment issues.
• Stay informed about competitive offers and products to effectively position company offerings.
