The Staff Accountant will be responsible for the month-end close process of assigned associations, ensuring that the balance sheet accounts are free from material misstatements, fairly represent its financial position and that tight deadlines are met. In addition, the candidate will review financial results and provide communication to management. At times the candidate may also be involved in special projects, ad-hoc reporting and other requests from sales, marketing, corporate, resort management and/or finance. The ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and organized, and communicate in a clear and concise manner is extremely important.
