About The Position

We are currently seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join our team. This person will be responsible for the financial accounting and analysis for multiple RVO Health's high growth business units. Ideal candidates will possess a fun, positive, energetic attitude and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. This position will have an immediate impact on RVO Health's business units and daily exposure to our executive leadership team. Where You'll Be To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. Requirements

• 2+ years of prior accounting experience
• Proficiency utilizing financial systems and reporting packages
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Good organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a team player

Responsibilities

• Prepare and enter monthly journal entries
• Support month-end closing process and preparation of company financial statements
• Support in maintaining and updating company’s financial records, including general ledger, fixed asset management, amortization schedules, and Capex/CIP reconciliations in accordance with US GAAP
• Assist with monthly reconciliation of AR and AP subledgers to the General Ledger
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• Ensure adequate financial and internal controls
• Perform financial analyses and special projects as requested
• Provide financial data to shareholders as requested
• Collaborate in process improvement initiatives, including formalization of control procedures for selected cycles
• Collaborate in special integration projects as needed
