About The Position

We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our Finance team in our regional office in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience; construction industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, strong work ethic, and consistent follow‑up skills.

Nice To Haves

• construction industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support accurate financial reporting in accordance with company and industry standards.
• Coordinate project billing and assist with timely and accurate invoicing.
• Perform job cost reconciliation and support analysis of project financials.
• Maintain asset accounting records and assist with related reconciliations.
• Collaborate effectively with project teams and accounting colleagues while managing individual responsibilities with strong follow‑through and attention to detail.
