Job Requirements: Accounting or Business Degree with related accounting experience . Advanced computer skills on MS Office (Excel, P ower P oint), accounting software (NetSuite & QuickBooks), payroll processing systems and databases . Balance sheet reconciliation experience . Construction cost accounting knowledge preferred. Understanding of Accounting and Financial reporting principles and practices High level of attention to details, organization and accuracy . Problem solving skills, ability to work under pressure . Willingness to assume additional responsibilities , as needed . Ability to maintain confidentiality . Self- m otivate d , goals- driven, and a team player. Working Environment: Work is performed in an office environment, which involves normal everyday hazards or discomforts typical of offices . The work is predominantly sedentary and requires minimal or negligible physical exertion, although, there may be some s itting, standing, kneeling, crouching, stooping, squatting, twisting, and lifting 25 pounds or more. The employee is normally seated; however, the nature of the work allows for periods of standing or walking at will. Employee m ust be able to work well under pressure and within certain time frames .
