Nice To Haves

Bookkeeping background
Hands-on experience with accounting software
Performing bank reconciliations
Familiarity with Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Intercompany transactions

Responsibilities

Perform monthly bank reconciliations
Record and classify financial transactions in accordance with company policies
Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes
Investigate and resolve bank discrepancies and ledger variances
Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate and complete financial records
