Our no-code/low-code platform enables teams to design and manage AI-driven workflows, virtual assistants, and system integrations across channels. Customers use the platform to automate processes, personalize interactions, and connect existing enterprise tools - reducing manual work and improving efficiency at scale.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Staff Accountant to support our accounting and finance operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can follow established processes, understands U.S. GAAP principles, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced tech/SaaS environment.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Experience with accounting systems (e.g., Sage Intacct, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Bill.com)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
• Understanding of business operations, preferably within a tech/SaaS environment
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a SaaS or technology company
• Exposure to corporate accounting and financial reporting
• Exposure to audit readiness, internal controls, or SOC 2 environments

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting and finance tasks, including accounts payables and receivables
• Record, review, and reconcile daily banking transactions
• Respond to customer billing and accounting-related inquiries in a timely manner
• Assist with cash flow monitoring, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Prepare monthly reports, including Budget vs. Actual (BvA) and headcount reporting
• Maintain organized financial records and support corporate accounting activities
• Work within accounting systems to ensure accurate and complete financial data
• Collaborate with a U.S.-based team to support accurate reporting and efficient processes
