We work beside them as a partner to help them reach their full potential. As an experienced Staff Accountant with a passion for business operations, you are eager to expand your expertise in finance. You will take charge of managing the day-to-day financial health of our clients, using your analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. Enjoying teamwork and client interaction, you will take pride in supporting clients' financial success. You have a solid understanding of US GAAP standards, Cash vs. Accrual accounting, and possess strong people skills.

Requirements

2 to 6 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Must have experience in a client-facing role

Nice To Haves

Research and project management experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Managing general bookkeeping, Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), Payroll, and general ledger maintenance
Preparing, posting, and entering journal entries
Overseeing regular record-keeping and filing processes
Collaborating with leadership and account managers on special projects
Assisting with client relations and providing ongoing support
Maintaining client financial reports and dashboards
Contributing to the development and maintenance of business processes
