Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of full-cycle accounting experience (general ledger and financial reporting)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and GAAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Products
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and documentation
Nice To Haves
- Experience in multi-entity and multi-department operations strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records across multiple monthly accounts
- Reconcile bank accounts, A/P, A/R, and payroll accounts
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Prepare and post journal entries and intercompany adjustments
- Conduct monthly variance and balance sheet analysis
- Manage disbursements and deposits
- Support annual audits with accurate documentation
- Assist with payroll reports, W-2s, 1099s, and sales tax filings
- Support and train
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Prepare and monitor budgets, identify excess funds, and assist with cash flow forecasts
- Collaborate with CFO and support special projects
