As our Staff Accountant, you’ll play an important role in supporting our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include: Enter and maintain financial data in accounting systems and spreadsheets with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness. Support accounts payable by reviewing invoices, applying proper coding, and assisting with payment processing. Assist with billing functions, including preparing invoices and tracking customer payments. Help prepare monthly bank reconciliations and identify discrepancies. Maintain organized financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Assist the accounting team with financial reporting, compliance activities, and other accounting projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Detail-Oriented: You catch the smallest errors and take pride in getting things right.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Positive Attitude: You bring energy, enthusiasm, and a team-first mindset.
