is currently seeking an experienced, knowledgeable and independent-working Corporate Staff Accountant to maintain the property up to brand standards and Owner expectations. As part of the property team you will help us

Requirements

• 3-Years Accounts Payable Experience
• Experience in multi-unit management
• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and computer skills required
• Microsoft Office experience (Sharepoint, Planner, Teams)

Responsibilities

• Accurately review and process invoices from multiple properties daily
• Compile and analyze financial information to assist in preparation of monthly and annual financial statements for multiple properties
• Participate in new acquisitions of on-boarding new hotels
• Create and distribute weekly check runs
• Reconcile daily bank transactions
