Requirements

5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required
Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
Experience with ERP systems (ServiceTitan a plus)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business intelligence tools

Nice To Haves

Multi-unit retail experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Prepare and enter monthly journal entries and support month-end close activities
Maintain and reconcile financial records including general ledger, fixed assets, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Own key GL accounts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and GAAP compliance
Lead inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS) accounting processes
Perform and oversee bank reconciliations
Manage sales tax and other regulatory filings across multiple jurisdictions
Oversee invoicing, collections, and vendor payment processes
Generate operational and financial reporting to support leadership decision-making
Support ERP system administration (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
Perform payroll accounting and related reconciliations
Prepare daily and monthly reporting for field operations
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Collaborate cross-functionally to support a scalable finance operation
