Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field in general accounting
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Proven communication, time management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of NetSuite, QuickBooks and Concur highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process high-volume AR/AP transactions in a deadline driven environment.
  • Manage and resolve billing inquiries, vendor payments issues, and customer account discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, payment plans, and correspondence.
  • Generate customer statements, monitor aging reports, and support collection efforts.
  • Assist in month-end close activities, reporting, and account reconciliation.
  • Recommend process improvements to strengthen internal controls and workflow efficiency.
  • Train and support junior team members and collaborate across departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
