We are seeking a confident and detail‑oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team. This role will help in our financial reporting needs within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• An associate degree in accounting (required) or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 3+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Proficient with ERP systems (SAP experience a plus)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, ie. Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc.
• Must have strong attention to detail, possess analytical skills, and the willingness to work in a fast‑paced setting.
• Be committed to sharing ideas, providing insight and recommended solutions to day-to-day challenges.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, compile, and report on SAP Concur expense report submissions for the KHS USA organization.
• Communications clearly with managers and employees on timely submissions and approvals.
• Confidently ensure accurate coding of all incoming reports, including appropriate cost center and expense type.
• Summarize the monthly details, record and post (when approved) into SAP.
• Download, review, and reconcile various general ledger accounts in Excel format (as assigned).
• Make approved journal entries into the SAP system.
• Assist with closing activities.
• Such as accrual and prepaid reconciliations (as identified) for month-end and year-end close.
• Assist with the other various research and resolve of expense spending.
• Support and assist with process improvements including the development of accounting SOPs.
• Assist with other various related projects as identified and assigned.
