About The Position

We are searching for a Staff Accountant to play a key role in scaling our financial operations. This person will be responsible for maintaining multiple general ledger accounts across Cyera’s global entities. You will work closely with the Director of Accounting to help in establishing policies and procedures. Requirements

1+ years of accounting experience, handling accounting responsibilities/functions
Experience with Excel and G Suite
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Interest in a role with wide scope in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively

Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable: Assist with managing accounts receivable, processing invoices, and reconciling payments.
Bank Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
General Ledger Support: Assist in maintaining and updating the general ledger, including posting journal entries and ensuring proper classification of transactions.
Month-End Close: Support the month-end close process by ensuring all transactions are recorded and reconciled, and provide any necessary documentation for management review.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all financial records are maintained in accordance with company policies and assist in preparing for audits.
Assist with Special Projects: Support finance team initiatives, including process improvements, system integrations, and other accounting-related tasks as needed
