Position will require time onsite at both Firm office and client offices depending on assignments. But flexibility to work hybrid on days and times when not required to be on site. Responsibilities

• Accurate Bookkeeping: Record and maintain financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Financial Reporting: Generate and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Payroll Processing: Handle payroll activities, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees while adhering to tax regulations.
• Bank Reconciliation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date bank records, reconciling accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide timely, effective solutions.
• Adherence to Regulations: Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance in all financial activities.
